Rainy, Foggy Santa Cruz Mountains
A series of black and whites shot on my iPhone as I walked the dog during a lull in a rainy weekend. Our corner of the SC Mountains, in Ben Lomond, gets the highest rainfall in the county .... consistently. Even when it stops raining it continues dripping through the trees. The Redwoods, the Doug Firs, the Tan Oaks and the Madrones are heavy with water and this invariably creates a fog that adds mystery to our trails and roadways. Beautiful and spooky.
