Sunshine Reflected, Loch Lomond
Loch Lomond is a tucked-away gem in the Santa Cruz Mountains. An area colonized by Scots during the gold rush and the logging days, this reservoir is named after Ben Lomond, the town and mountain near where it sits. Loch Lomond was constructed in the mid 20th Century and is the main drinking water reservoir for Santa Cruz. After having been closed during the drought the lake is now full and open once more to the public - but not for swimming!
